• New Final Site Plan for the plot from the Municipality for no more than 6 months.
• Drawing showing the location of the manhole to be modified.
• Sewer services layout.
• Method statement of the work stamped by assigned Consultant and Contractor (if any).
• Cross-section drawing of the manhole to be modified (if any).
• Login through TAMM Platform.
• Fill required information and Upload required documents and submit the request.
• Receive approval for modification of the sewerage manhole level or rejection with comment electronically.
